Lost Soul Looking for Soul Mate

I'm an extremely shy 21 year old woman with an Associates degree in Business Administration. I was in a relationship for 6 years. It was mostly on and off, but it was good up until the end and I thought it may have been the rest of my life. Coming out of that relationship left some deep scars that I am still working (by myself) on healing. I tend to keep things bottled up inside. I don't like to talk about me or my feelings or what's going on with me because I have this horrible tendency to feel like I'm a burden if I do. The worst part is that I am all alone in my sorrow. The only friends I have are not close enough (distance wise) to help me with any problems I may have and I don't let anyone else in. What I'm looking for in a guy is someone who can help me get over the past and make me feel better about myself. My self-esteem is so low and it's not doing me any good. I need someone who can make his way into my heart and show me that it's okay to talk about me and my feelings, heartache or otherwise. I need someone who will love me for me.
